Go to your Property → tap "Sync Calendar" → paste your iCal URL from Airbnb or Booking.com. Hostara syncs automatically every 6 hours to keep your availability up to date.
Your subscription is managed through Apple. Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Hostara. You can cancel anytime — you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Yes. Go to Settings → Team Members → tap the + button. Enter their email and they'll receive an invitation to join your workspace as a viewer.
Every reservation automatically gets a unique Guest Portal link. Tap the reservation → Guest Portal → share the link via WhatsApp or email. Guests see their dates, WiFi, check-in instructions, and house rules — no app needed.
Go to your Property → tap "AI Price". Hostara analyses your property details and current season using Claude AI, which returns a recommended nightly rate with reasoning. Recommendations refresh every 24 hours.
Hostara is available in 6 languages: English, Greek, German, French, Italian, and Spanish. Change your language in Settings → Language.
Yes. All data is encrypted and stored securely via Supabase with row-level security. You can lock the app with Face ID or Touch ID in Settings → Security. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
